The Journey of Our Zaiqa Club
Goal:
Providing Fresh and healthy food to Hostel lite students in affordable prizes. Problem Statement: Unavailability of homemade and healthy food for hostalized students. The possible root causes of the problem: Study is very important nowadays and many students come to big cities to get a quality education from good and high-ranked universities but the main problem for them is the healthy and tasty food. They pay a handsome amount to hostel owners for good and healthy food but in return, they get tasteless and unhealthy food. Many students discuss this issue with us. They miss homemade food. So They have to pay double because they don’t get good food from the hostel so they have to order it from some restaurants. The availability of fresh, healthy, as well as tasty food, is a big issue for the students who live in hostels.
Targeted Audience:
Hostalized students are the main effectors of this problem. The demographic of the target population: We interviewed many students (Friends, and fellows) to understand this problem. It’s not like all students face this problem but some students living in Agriculture university hostalized students, University of Educations, GC university students, etc. are facing this issue. we almost engage with 20 students and asked them about the mess condition and almost all of them are not happy with the food quality.
We demonstrate the following results:

So from the above information, we got to know that almost 90% of the students are not happy with the food that they got. So we decide to provide them with good and healthy food. What is already being done to alleviate the problem? We have already started to deliver them food. Our first order was on Thursday 09–03–2022. We got 8 orders from students and we delivered them safely as you can see:

As per duties, we start working. Areeba and Duad to text their fellows or friends who are living in hostels and inform them about our project. They agreed to place their orders and on our first day, we were able to deliver 6 orders. We decide on the name of our company as “Zaiqa Club” and Ahmad Inam contribute in logo designing for our club and come up with many logos as you can see
But we finalized one of the most simple and beautiful logo that attracts the people the most.
Now our next step is to Search out the market rate of ingredients that we are gonna use in our dish.
We research 3 places and compare the prices.

We conclude that the price and the quality of Imtiaz Market are good for us. They provide fresh vegetables, chicken, and grains. for rice, Faiza consults with her father as he runs a rice business. We use BANASPATI SUPER RICE as it is a very unique and healthy kind of rice. We all contribute 300 to purchase ingredients and give them to Faiza. She purchases ingredients from Imtiaz Market and sends them to Manahil through Ahmad.

Our next and the most important step is cooking, for this Minahil plays a very important role. She hires a chief for cooking who give us a free trial of 10 days. Minahil also participates in cooking by cutting vegetables and helping the chef in cooking. After that, she did all the packing and send the parcels to Ahmad and Duad who deliver the parcels to the customers and receive the payment. Final Product: This is our final product, looking tasty na!
Future Goals:-
We continue our this work and when we get enough money then we make our own restraunt. Also our target is hit the slums areas because the people are suffering from poverty we give them best quality food without any cost and provides good education to their children. So, we want to do both social and entrepreneur projects.
Feedback:
During all this process we don’t forget to take feedback from our customers. they really like our food and way of presentation. The most important feedback is from our PM and PA.
We get very positive feedback from all the customers.
Teamwork:
All the team do a great job and actively participate in the project. We are really comfortable with each other and really like to share our ideas and advice openly. We arrange Group calls almost every day and discuss projects PW work and much other stuff. Our communication and support for each other are our great power.
Reflection:
We are working hard on our projects and give our 100 percent to them. We hope we will go far with each other and make our mega project our long life business.
